Cross Border Cooperation EU program<\/strong> for cross-border cooperation between <strong data-start=\"324\" data-end=\"356\">North Macedonia and Bulgaria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"359\" data-end=\"522\">The area, which had been neglected for generations, has finally been transformed into a <strong data-start=\"447\" data-end=\"462\">modern park<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"464\" data-end=\"473\">clean<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"494\">well-maintained<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"521\">accessible to all<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"694\">From a once <strong data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"563\">untidy and unused space<\/strong>, today a <strong data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"600\">green heart of the city<\/strong> has risen \u2014 intended for <strong data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"634\">rest<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"650\">recreation<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"671\">inspiration<\/strong> for all generations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"824\">\ud83c\udf0d The project aims to <strong data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"746\">revitalize urban spaces<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"778\">improve quality of life<\/strong> through <strong data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"823\">sustainable green infrastructure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"996\">The opening atmosphere was filled with <strong data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"875\">smiles<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"886\">music<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"913\">children\u2019s activities<\/strong>, and genuine <strong data-start=\"927\"
